Property Accessibility Statement
Connellsville Bed & Breakfast does not offer any handicap-accessible accommodations since the establishment is located within a facility that contains not more than five rooms for rent or hire and that is occupied by the proprietor of the establishment as the residence of the proprietor. (5 U.S.C. 301; 28 U.S.C. 509, 510; 42 U.S.C. 12186(b). § 36.104 Definitions). However, we are committed to doing whatever we reasonably can to make our property accessible; therefore, we have added the following accessible features:
Parking:
There is street parking in front of the building.
Exterior Routes:
Access to the French Room directly from the street with no slope, steps, no change in level to enter. There is only one way to enter the French Room.
Building Entrances and Lobby:
Direct access from the sidewalk on W. Crawford Avenue to your room (motel type entrance). This is the access to beds, bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, table and chairs.
The doorway is 36 inches wide; the hallway is 40 inches wide.
The main building access has 3 steps to enter for breakfast. If guests cannot manage steps, breakfast will be brought to the room.
Interior Routes:
The hallway is 40 inches wide; there are no stairs.
Accessible Room:
The French Room has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, hand bars are installed throughout the bathroom, and an ADA sink and toilet. The entrance to the bathroom is 36 inches wide.

We have designed our website to be accessible for impaired users to see, navigate, interact and understand the content provided as per the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA).
