Rates are for double occupancy.

A charge of $25 is applicable for each additional person over the occupancy of two (2).

Check-in is 3 p.m. or after. If arriving after 8 p.m., please call. I live in the building and will wait for your arrival. It is not a problem.

Check-out is 10:30 a.m.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Add 6% PA sales tax and 5% Hotel Tax.

To hold your reservation, a $20 deposit will be charged which will be applied to your balance. 

If you cancel 72 hours before the date of arrival, you will be charged half of the room rate minus the $20.

If you are a "no show" meaning you do not cancel and do not arrive or you cancel the day of arrival, then you will be charged for the entire reservation.

Although we are a non-smoking establishment, smoking is permitted on the outside porch and grounds.

We do accept well-behaved children until experience dictates otherwise.
